Welcome to an exclusive preview of KOTO located within the iconic Lobby building at the National Triangle.

Executive Chef & Sushi Master Shinya Nakano are unveiling a ticketed tasting menu for the first two weeks of service. Launching Tuesday 15th August and running for two weeks, exclusive sittings from 5.30pm allow KOTO to refine our offerings, capturing invaluable feedback and ensuring a standard of excellence before a grand public launch. The release of general bookings and our A La Carte menu will follow and be announced soon.

KOTO is the union of a Master: Chef, Gardner and Architect creating an all-encompassing cultural dining experience. Located in The Lobby building in one Canberra’s most prominent location on King George Terrace, KOTO is an integral part of the National Triangle’s new precinct, The Lawns of The Lobby.
