Ballyhoo is coming in for landing at The Lawns of the Lobby dining precinct this Spring.
To fire up, Ballyhoo has released limited “First Look” sittings from 20 August. The experience gives eager diners the exclusive opportunity to be among the first to dine, with a set menu curated by hatted Executive Chef, Dave Young.
Ballyhoo has made its home in the iconic former Pork Barrel café. The fiery restaurant has been rebuilt from the ground up, maintaining its iconic hexaganol structure with windows opening to take in the vistas of the surrounding National Rose Gardens. Led by beloved Canberra chef Dave Young, Ballyhoo is deliberately bold and kicks up a commotion of a dining experience infused with Mediterranean and South American influences.
